About Us

Founded in 1981, Southeast Culvert Inc. was built on a simple promise: to provide quality storm drainage products at a fair price, when and where they’re needed. That commitment continues to guide everything we do today.

What began as a metal culvert manufacturing and fabrication operation in Lawrenceville, Georgia, expanded over time to include concrete headwalls and, later, corrugated plastic (HDPE) pipe. In 1999, growth led us to our current Winder, Georgia location—offering rail access for raw materials, increased production capacity, and room for future expansion. By 2004, we added HDPE manufacturing, allowing us to offer a broader range of stormwater solutions under one roof.

Today, Southeast Culvert Inc. is proud to be the largest single-site capacity culvert plant in the United States. Our scale allows us to serve projects of all sizes while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strict adherence to specifications. But capacity alone isn’t what defines us.

Our culture is rooted in being intentional about doing good—for our customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities around us. We believe long-term success comes from strong relationships, dependable service, and shared values. That philosophy extends beyond manufacturing into how we support our workforce, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and give back locally.

We are active members of professional and industry organizations including PPI, NCSPA, ASCE, and The Council for Quality Growth. In recognition of our commitment to people and engineering excellence, Southeast Culvert Inc. was selected as Mid-Sized Engineering Employer of the Month in 2025. We also support a range of charitable organizations, including schools, fire departments, churches, and Shriners Children’s Hospitals.
